An NDIS home care package is government-subsidised, NDIA directed flexible support and care plan. It is designed to take care of NDIS participants, looking forward to living independently at their respective homes. It comes in three levels – Level 2 including low-level care, level 3 including mid or intermediate level care, and level 4 including complex or high level care.
One is eligible for NDIS disability services if he/she has:
- Permanent Residency in Australia with a valid passport
- Permanent or temporary impairments that affect life
- The restrictions can only be tackled by external support
Most importantly, the individual has to be between 9 and 65 years of age.
Surely! Every NDIS plan we roll out for participants is flexible, and we change them with the change of your support needs with time.
Yes. Not only are our nurses experienced and qualified enough to deal with highly complex issues, but they are also trained to handle the latest medical kits, tools and equipment.
Our assistance with community involvement will help you to participate in your respective community, get scope to interact with people, make new friends, strike meaningful relations, develop various soft and social skills, practice new hobbies, and lead a social and interactive life. It also helps you develop that feeling of social inclusion, which is crucial for the development of your mind, body and spirit.
The transport expenses that are funded by NDIS include all the travelling you have to do to lead your life, in case you are not able to use public transport because of your mobility or other restrictions.
That’s the most unlikely event when you put stakes in us, for we engage only the best support provider for you taking into account your details. However, if by any chance you want to have your support worker changed, just let us know well in advance and we will do the needful for it.
We pay the transport allowance to your bank. The amount of allowance is calculated on the basis of your needs, compulsions and circumstances, and the amount is paid weekly, monthly or fortnightly. It is the contribution to your transportation expenses if you are not able to travel autonomously or use public transportation due to your mobility or other restrictions.
Yes, you do have this privilege. Our community involvement programs are customisable and can be adjusted according to your needs and preferences. We’ll help you take part in activities that best suit your unique interests and goals. In fact, you can do that on your own!

Yes, surely! Our SIL support at AccessPlus Care Services encourages participants to share daily living with the ones they choose and feel a strong sense of inclusion every step of the way.
